[vc_row][vc_column][button size=”medium_rd_bt” url=”https://i2e.org/?na=view&id=31″]Back to Newsletter[/button][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]i2E’s Tulsa office has moved from its former location of 9 years on East Third Street to a new suite of offices in the 15-story One Technology Center tower a few blocks west in the heart of downtown.

The new address for our Tulsa office is 100 S Cincinnati Ave., Fifth Floor, Suite 514.

i2E’s Tulsa staff now shares office space with the 36° North incubator, a not-for-profit co-working organization that serves as a “basecamp for entrepreneurs, startups and innovators.” In its new shared incubator entrepreneurial partners are housed on one floor allowing hyper collaboration.

“The fifth floor has been an objective of 36° North for some time to aggregate capital providers, startup and other entrepreneurial resource providers,” said Mark Lauinger, i2E’s Senior Vice President of Client Services who works out of the Tulsa office. “We’ve long thought this was a really valuable model and one we wanted to be part of.”

i2E occupies 2,400 square feet of the fifth-floor space, that includes a large open space, three offices and a conference room, which is owned by the City of Tulsa and is commonly known as City Hall.

Planning for the relocation began a couple years ago, but the COVID-19 pandemic slowed negotiations with the city and delayed the process, Lauinger said.

i2E has been a partner organization of 36° North since its founding, and Malachi Blankenship, Tulsa-based Venture Advisor and i2E’s Director of Business Development, sits on the 36° North board of directors.

Devon Laney, 36° North CEO, sits on the i2E board of directors.

“We view them very much as a partner in entrepreneurial support for Tulsa,” Lauinger said.

It’s the best place to find high-quality workspace, helpful resources and diverse community needed to build growing companies.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”32567″ style=”vc_box_border_circle_2″ border_color=”blue”][vc_single_image image=”32568″ alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_border_circle_2″ border_color=”blue”][vc_single_image image=”32569″ style=”vc_box_border_circle_2″ border_color=”blue”][vc_single_image image=”32570″ alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_border_circle_2″ border_color=”blue”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
