About the Event Geospatial Information Science Day (GISday) 2014 at OU will showcase geospatial technologies (remote sensing, global positioning systems, and geographic information systems) and their applications. Participation is open to middle and high school students, college undergraduate and graduate students, academic departments, research centers, private industry, NGOs, tribes, state and
federal agencies, and the public. The activities will include (1) student poster contest, (2) information displays, (3) image and map gallery, and (4) technology exhibits and demonstrations.
