The Oklahoma Quality Foundation will host its first Sharing of Best Practices Conference on Sept. 19 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Gilcrease Museum, 1400 Gilcrease Museum Road.
The conference will feature presentations and panel discussions by regional and local leaders of successful companies, discussing “The ROI of Excellence: Investing in Your Future.”
Presentations include “How to Become a Superhero at Work,” “Industry-Led Workforce Development Best Practices,” “Building a Guest Delight Culture: Consistently Meeting and Exceeding Your Key Customer Requirements” and “Leadership Strategies for Engaging Workforce for High Performance and Results.”
Lunch keynote speaker will be Roger Mashore, CEO of MTM Recognition, who will discuss how his company has dealt with challenges in workforce, strategic planning and leadership.
The conference is sponsored by the Oklahoma Business Roundtable and the Tulsa Regional Chamber of Commerce.
