Do you sell a Designated Driver Ticket?
Yes, you may select the designated driver option when registering.
Can I buy a ticket day of?
Yes, tickets are available at the gate for $40. We recommend you buy them in advance, the first 300 registered will receive a BrewFest t-shirt.
What does my ticket get me?
Your ticket gets you into the ballpark, a 14oz beer mug, access to samples of local craft beer, wine and spirits, free designated parking and the first 300 to register receive a BrewFest t-shirt.
Where can I buy a ticket? Does it have to be online?
All ticket sales are online through EventBrite. Print and bring your ticket and valid ID. Duplicate tickets will not be accepted.
When should I arrive?
The gate opens at 5pm sharp and last call will be at 7pm.
Where exactly is the BrewFest?
The event is on the concourse of the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark and the entrance is behind 3rd plate at Flaming Lips Alley and Mickey Mantle Dr.
Can I bring my child or pet?
No, ages 21 and older only. Pets are not permitted inside Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. Service Dogs (i.e. guide dogs for persons with disabilities) are permitted in the ballpark.
Who hosts the event?
This is a fundraising event for the Oklahoma Bioscience Association. Your ticket is tax deductible, the Oklahoma Bioscience Association is a not-for-profit tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Federal EIN: 45-2067346.
Why do you only pour into small cups?
This is a TASTING to allow you to try some of Oklahoma’s best craft beer, wine, and spirits, so when you go to a bar, restaurant, or liquor store you know what you like.
Can I buy a full beer?
No, but many vendors will give you larger samples in your beer mug. Wineries will be selling bottles for you to take home and enjoy.
Is re-entry allowed?
When you arrive you will be given a wristband so re-entry is allowed.
What is the smoking policy?
Smoking is prohibited at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. If a guest wishes to smoke, they may leave through the designated smoking gate at the entrance.

How many people do you expect to attend?
Last year we had 325 attend and are expecting 500 this year!
Will there be food?
The ballpark concession stands will be open for food purchase.
Do you have a list of vendors?
Our vendors will be updated on the website as they agree to participate. A drink card will be given at the event.
Can I bring beer to trade?
NO
Is there free parking?
Yes, there is free parking, while spaces are available, in front of the Chevy Bricktown Event Center at Joe Carter Ave. and E Reno Ave.
Will there be entertainment?
Yes, the Hosty Duo will be performing live.
What if I buy a ticket but am unable to make it?
Tickets are non-refundable, but can be given to someone else to attend.
What if it rains?
The event is in the concourse of the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. There are no heaters, so please dress accordingly. No refunds will be given.
