We’re still the same i2E that has served Oklahoma’s entrepreneurial community for the past 22 years, providing business advice to nearly 800 startups and investing $79 million in 187 companies. We’ve celebrated 11 major exits and one “unicorn” among our portfolio companies over more than two decades of service to Oklahoma.
Now, we offer even more to Oklahoma’s founders to keep up with the growing demand for our services through our subsidiary, i2E Management Company, Inc. (iMCI), which manages our investment process and portfolio companies, and ACT Tulsa, our Tulsa-based accelerator that serves underestimated tech founders.
New to the iMCI team is Justin Wilson, managing director/president. He and his team of six seasoned staff manage a portfolio valued at over $95 million. They invest in high growth companies and manage the closing process from due diligence to closing while providing a full range of portfolio management services, including fund accounting, financial reporting, governance, compliance and investor relations.
iMCI’s $95 million under management spans five venture funds and a concept fund, bridging the gap between innovative ideas and critical resources to advance them. Read more about our managed funds.
More recently, we partnered with ACT House to launch an accelerator program in Tulsa that works with underestimated tech founders. ACT Tulsa is a joint venture that leverages the programmatic model of ACT House and the venture management experience of i2E, Inc.
In addition, Taleya Mayberry. was added to the i2E staff as programs manager for ACT Tulsa. She works with the ACT House staff to help minority founders build equity in their operations by providing coaching, capital, and a community of entrepreneurs on the same journey.
And to complete our trifecta, we recently hired a new venture advisor to join our i2E Client Services team. Srijita “Dia” Ghosh. comes to us with extensive experience working in the entrepreneurial community.
Her role is to provide direct one-on-one consulting services to entrepreneurs, researchers and early-stage client companies in the areas of strategic planning, market assessment, pricing policy, financial analysis, business plans, investor presentations, capital strategies, and positioning companies for potential investment.
At i2E, and now iMCI and ACT Tulsa, we will continue to foster growth and creativity while supporting innovative founders and their concepts.
