Two entrepreneurs seeking investment to advance their innovations made presentations at a SeedStep Angels Capital Forum last Friday at i2E’s Tulsa offices.
It was something of a show-and-tell event for not only the presenting companies – Tulsa’s ReTenant and Norman-based Design Intelligence – but for the SeedStep Angels, as well.
The Forum attracted about 50 people, including several prospective SeedStep Angels who witnessed first-hand the types of presentations group members see on a regular basis.
Also featured was a short presentation by Michael Kindrat-Pratt, manager of the SeedStep Angels group, and an audience Q&A with a panel of investors.
“We’re trying to grow awareness of the SeedStep Angels group around Tulsa and the rest of Oklahoma,” said Kindrat-Pratt. “Our group has invested over $2.5 million in 2013 already, and the Capital Forum lets us showcase that firepower.”
