Connect With Us
We get a lot of questions about funding, understandably. But not all investors are interested in the same things—nor do they necessarily have the right resources for your specific idea. When you connect with i2E, we help you find what’s right for you. Then we pair you with venture advisors to support you every step of the way.
Pre-Seed/Concept Fund
Oklahoma’s Source for Make-or-Break Funding
Our Concept Fund, provides pre-seed financing and early-stage risk capital to help Oklahoma companies prove new products and processes. Investment funds are based on achieving set milestones and can be used for proof-of-concept, market validation, business planning, critical equipment purchase, staffing, and other business needs.
Concept investments are non-recourse, non-dilutive, debt instruments with a five-year maturity and a minimum maturity repayment of 2X the original investment amount. Amounts typically range from $50,000 to $100,000 per company with a 1:1 matching co-investment funded by the new business founders or other investors. Reach out to us and let’s talk about funding opportunities that could be right for you.
