Tom has more than 40 years of executive management experience in the areas of operations, technology, administration and finance. He has been with i2E for more than a decade.
As Director of Funds Administration, Tom is responsible for the management of all of i2E’s investment vehicles. This involves communicating with our clients, reviewing their business plans, evaluating the investment opportunities, structuring the investment deals, and the closing and funding of those investments. This also involves the management of the Investment portfolio companies after the investments by monitoring the BOD meetings, financial reporting of the company and the eventual exit from the investment.
For the past 17 years, he has also served as financial advisor for the Oklahoma Finance Authority, and has managed their cash investments, ODFA’s Quality Jobs Investment Program, and serves as chairman of the state’s Program Development and Credit Review committee, which is managed by the Oklahoma Finance Authority.
Tom also served for 21 years as Senior Executive of a major financial services corporation, where he was responsible for all administrative and operational areas as well as for reviewing and evaluating acquisitions and investments, and the consolidation of these entities into the acquiring company.
He has also directed and managed the turnaround of several failed companies back to profitability.
Tom has served on the Board of Directors of First Fidelity Bank for the past 25 years, and also serves on the Board of Director’s Loan Committee, the bank’s Trust committee, as well as Chairman of the bank’s Audit Committee.
Tom’s management experience also includes 20 years with development and conversion of computer systems for Electronic Data Systems and other financial organizations.
A native of Illinois, Tom is a resident of Edmond, OK.
He holds a B.S. degree in Business and Economics from Illinois College, and has earned the Fellowship in Life Management Institute (FLMI) Designation.
