Best Practices in Customer Care

Oklahoma health and business leaders will join the Oklahoma Quality Foundation and OU Medicine to learn best practices in customer care from Priscilla Nuwash, President of the Performance Excellence Center at University of Colorado Health of Fort Collins, Colorado. Ms. Nuwash will give a dynamic presentation, “Engaging your Workforce for High Performance in Customer Care.” Attaining a vision to provide world-class customer care requires an engaged workforce. Learn the approaches University of Colorado Health, formerly Poudre Valley Health System (2008 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Recipient), uses to build a culture that engages the workforce and results in high customer and employee satisfaction. Learn how to initiate approaches that engage your workforce.
