BSR serves as a sounding board to air and identify common issues, a forum for formulating solutions and policy recommendations, and a vehicle for sharing resources.

BSR meets for lunch bimonthly at the University of Oklahoma University Research Park. Its informal agendas generally feature a speaker on a topic timely and relevant to the group, and an opportunity for open dialogue among the attendees. On alternate months, BSR organizes networking opportunities at local businesses around the metro.

OKBio values BSR for its role as a sounding board and a source for grassroots information regarding the needs and interests of bioscience and life science researchers and emerging companies, and encourages formation of similar local and regional groups around the state.

For more information on BSR, contact the current Chair, Meredith Wilkerson at [email protected].[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”1241″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
